This includes: names, phone numbers, email addresses, business name, payment information, usernames, and passwords. We do not process sensitive information. Payment data is handled by Stripe (https://stripe.com/privacy).

We process your information to facilitate account creation, deliver services, respond to inquiries, send administrative information, protect our services, evaluate and improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share your data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including:

Yes. WonTheJob uses AI technologies including AI document generation, natural language processing, and text analysis, powered by OpenAI. Your input and personal information will be shared with OpenAI to enable these features. You may opt out by contacting us at legal@wonthejob.com.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. You should only access our Services within a secure environment.

11. SMS COMMUNICATIONS & TCPA COMPLIANCE

By providing a homeowner's phone number through our platform, contractors confirm that the homeowner has provided express written consent to receive automated text messages regarding their estimate. Contractors are solely responsible for obtaining this consent prior to entering any phone number into WonTheJob. Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

12. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this notice.
